Block 37, a Chicago destination for residents and tourists alike, encompasses an entire city block in the downtown Loop neighborhood. It sets the standard for a unique lifestyle experience with an upscale mix of retail, dining and entertainment. Working with developer CIM Group, Liska developed brand guidelines and designed print materials to attract potential retail tenants.
