Liska has worked with Hines, one of the country’s largest commercial developers, on several projects, most notably CityCenterDC, a one-of-a-kind retail destination. This 10-acre development has created a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood in the heart of downtown Washington DC, with an unrivaled mix of retail, apartments, condominiums, office space and public spaces. Liska designed comprehensive branding, visual brand guidelines and a variety of marketing materials. These pieces highlight the development’s luxury retail, residential and dining venues within this signature neighborhood.
